To me, the body is more than just a collection of muscles and aches. I strongly believe the body expresses what our words can't, and I want to help people listen to those messages. My massages are centered around the nervous system and fascia. If your nervous system isn't calm, no amount of 'digging' into a muscle will provide lasting relief. My training allows me to see things through a unique lens that combines the latest science in western medicine with the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine.

My hope is for you to leave feeling more connected to your body and with a deeper sense of peace. It's not just about addressing physical pain; it's about giving you a space to reset, both physically and mentally, so you can feel more like yourself again, even after just one session .
